When threaded connection of injection-molded plastic pipe fittings, raw PTFE tape should be used as the sealing filler instead of thick white paint, hemp wire, etc. Apply 2-3 layers of PTFE tape to the thread in a clockwise direction, applying force. For pipes of DN50 and above, apply 1-2 coats.
