Power And Production Curbs in CHINA

Last year, the Chinese government has officially announced that China aims to reach peak emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060. That means the transition period from carbon peak to carbon neutrality in China is only 30 years. For the common destiny of all mankind, the Chinese people need to make unprecedented hard work.

In September, many local governments in China began to implement strict "dual energy consumption control" policies, and our production lines as well as upstream partners of our supply chain were all affected to a certain extent. In addition, the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China has issued the "Autumn and Winter Air Pollution Control Plan for Key Regions 2021-2022 (Draft for Comment)" in September. This year’s autumn and winter season (from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 Japan), some industries will be focused on, and production capacity may be further restricted.

At the same time, PVC materials have experienced significant growth since January 2021. This year's price is almost 2 times that of last year.
