When bonding PVC pipe fittings above DN100, it is recommended that two people work together to install it. When the bonding surface is wet, one person fixes the PVC pipe fitting and the other assists in pushing the PVC pipe into the PVC pipe fitting. The PVC pipe and fittings should be on the same straight line.

When selecting tools, pay attention to the appropriate size, the size of the drum is about half the diameter of the PVC pipe. When the PVC pipe diameter becomes larger, the allowable deviation range becomes larger, and the possibility of out-of-roundness and gaps also increases. The speed of applying glue and connecting should be fast. For DN200 to DN600 PVC pipes, check the fit between the PVC pipes and fittings. When in use, the connecting part alone bears a lot of pressure, so the bonding part should be coated with more glue. Large-size PVC pipe fittings require high-viscosity glue or high-viscosity slow-drying glue.
